To really know us you'll have to come visit us. But, here is some information that might help you decide if we might be a good fit for you.
Pastor Ken
Our pastor is Ken Baker. He has grown up in southeastern North Carolina before enlisting in the U. S. Air Force. Ken is a third generation Baptist minister. His father and grandfather were Baptist pastors as well. He was called to preach while in the Air Force and began his formal education then. He has a degree in Biblical Studies and a Masters degree in Biblical Exposition. So, preaching God's Word without error is important to him. His leadership has served many churches for glory of God and continues as he leads us into this new journey of faith for our church.
Come Worship with Us!
Our Sunday worship is at 11:00 a.m. with a blend of current praise and hymns of faith. Our worship is under transition and we look forward to where God will take as we seek to worship Him in spirit and truth.
Bible Study is held on Wednesday at 6:00 P.M.
With a time of prayer and focus on God's Word becoming a "light unto our path."
What We Believe
We are a Southern Baptist church. But as we all churches we have our own personality and methods. We stand on God's Word as a foundation for our daily lives. We agree with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message of the Southern Baptist Convention. To know more about that click the link below.
